Specification for Stainless Steel Series :

Toilet cubical system, Made out of 12mm compact grade laminate (both side) in select colors approved by the Arch. / Engg. Front panel, door & divider panel to be fixed vertically by using S.S. finish aluminum anodized profiles. The intermediate panel is one continuous panel without any joints fix to the wall & front panel by using aluminum anodized (SS finish) "U" profile, as per the required size Max depth – 1200mm OR 1500mm, door width - 600 mm (for handicap toilet 900mm)and front panel should be cut & fixed as per the require measurement. Maximum width of the front panel including door will be 1200mm (for handicap toilet 1600mm) center to center for each cubical. Total height of the cubicle including 100mm leg & 50mm top rail should be 1950mm. All pilasters are to be supported by adjustable foot of 100mm height. Top rail & wall side fixing with aluminum S.S. finish anodized profile. (Size of cubicle Height 1950mm, depth 1200mm OR 1500mm, width 1200mm). Each cubical should be equipped with S. S. hardware consist of

a) Privacy thumb turn,

b) Door Knob,

c) Coat hook,

d) 3 Hinge,

e) 2 Adjustable Leg.

Accessories:

1) Door Hinges - Door Hinges will be of Stainless Steel SS – 304 Auto return type with PVC barring.

2) Support Leg -Support Leg will be of Stainless Steel SS – 304 with Height 100mm – 150mm.

3) Door Lock - – Door Lock will be with vacant indicator made of Stainless Steel SS – 304.

4) Cloth Hanger - It will be of Stainless Steel SS – 304.

5) Head Rail – Head Rail will be of Aluminum Anodized section.

6) H & U Profile – Channel will be in Aluminum Anodized section.
